The AT080TN64 is an 8.0-inch TFT LCD module manufactured by Innolux Display Corporation, primarily designed for consumer electronics applications. It utilizes a-Si (amorphous Silicon) TFT active matrix technology with a resolution of 800 (horizontal RGB sub-pixels) × 480 (vertical). The display mode is Normally White and Transmissive. The module offers a 24-bit RGB digital interface (compatible with 18-bit mode), supporting both DE (Data Enable) and HV (Horizontal/Vertical Sync) control modes, with flexible scan direction configurable via L/R and U/D pins. The surface features an Anti-Glare treatment, enhancing visibility under strong ambient light. Integrated with a high-brightness LED backlight system, it delivers a typical luminance of 450 nits. With an extensive operating temperature range of -30℃ to 85℃, it is suitable for various applications requiring high visibility.
